bcrypt software package provides Cross platform file encryption utility using blowfish (Decrypt only), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bcrypt
bcrypt is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bcrypt package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bcrypt *
You will get with bcrypt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
